Summary: Sofi CRM is a SaaS software tool for Telegram content creators. By using our service you agree to these terms. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Questions: support@soficrm.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Sofi CRM ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including content creators, agencies, and any other persons accessing the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sofi CRM is a cloud-based fan relationship management (CRM) software platform for Telegram content creators. The Service provides:

Sofi CRM is a software tool only. We do not host, distribute, or take responsibility for any content transmitted through Telegram using our Service. All content decisions remain solely with the user.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Sofi CRM, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is intended for business and professional use by content creators and agencies managing Telegram accounts.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

Sofi CRM offers the following subscription plans, billed in USD:

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Important: Your subscription will automatically renew on the same calendar day each month. You will be charged the full plan price at the start of each billing period. Auto-renewal continues until you cancel.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

5.4 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we will retry the charge according to Stripe's retry schedule. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended or downgraded. You are responsible for keeping your payment method up to date.

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect via email. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No further charges will be made after your cancellation is confirmed.

We do not provide partial-period refunds when you cancel mid-cycle, unless required by applicable law.

7. Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact support@soficrm.com within 14 days of the charge with your account email and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

7.3 Trial Periods

If we offer a free trial, no charge will be made during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the full plan price. We will send a reminder email before your trial expires.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use Sofi CRM to:

9. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content and fan data you process through Sofi CRM. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any fan or customer data through our platform, including compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property

All software, interfaces, features, and underlying technology of Sofi CRM are the exclusive property of Sofi CRM and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

11. Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Sofi CRM is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger Inc. Telegram availability and API access depend on Telegram's policies, which are beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sofi CRM shall not be liable for:

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sofi CRM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for material violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data.

14a. EU / EEA Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason (cooling-off period).

However, by proceeding with your subscription and explicitly requesting immediate access to the Service, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed or access has been provided. You will be informed of this at the time of purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before the Service begins, contact us at support@soficrm.com within 14 days of purchase.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We operate globally and aim to comply with consumer protection laws in all jurisdictions where we provide service.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
