Refund Policy

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@soficrm.com with:

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges — it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period. If you cancel and also believe you are eligible for a refund under the criteria above, submit a refund request separately.

To cancel your subscription: log into your account → Settings → Cancel Subscription, or email us at support@soficrm.com.

Trial Periods

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the full monthly rate. No refund is available for the first charge after a trial if you did not cancel in time, except where required by law.
